Exchanges and Returns

 

After receiving the communication, we will evaluate the request and contact the customer to provide the necessary guidance for exchanging or returning the product.

It is important to note that the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage, and must be returned in the original packaging, along with all accessories and labels.

If the customer chooses to exchange the product, we will check the availability of the desired item in our stock. If there is no availability, the customer may choose another product of equivalent value or request a refund of the amount paid.

In the case of a return, the amount paid for the product will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 working days after receiving the product in our stock.

In cases of manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us immediately after noticing the problem, so that we can assess the situation and take the necessary steps to exchange or return the product.

It will not be possible to exchange or return products without prior communication.


Products must be in perfect condition, unwashed, unused and free of odors. Products that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted. The product must be in its original packaging, with the label affixed to the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and has seven days to make the exchange. As soon as the product is received, it will be analyzed by the responsible Department and, if it meets the specifications mentioned, the exchange will be carried out.

If you receive a defective product, we ask that you contact us via email at atelierlin.sp @ gmail.com or by filling out the form available on our Contact Us link on the website. The deadline for exchanging the product is seven calendar days from the date of receipt.

After we receive the product, our responsible team will analyze it to verify the defect. If it is found that there is indeed a defect, we will send you a new part in perfect condition. If the original part is no longer available in our stock, you can choose another part of equal value, use the value of the defective part to purchase another product or request a refund.

In the case of an exchange due to a product defect, we are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the merchandise and for shipping the new part.

Yes, the customer can choose to receive the product of the same model in another size or color, or receive credit for the value of the previous purchase to purchase another product in the store. Shipping costs for the new merchandise will be borne by Atelier Lin.
